Terms and Conditions

Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB)

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all repair services provided by Enes Handy Reparatur ("we," "us," or "our") for smartphone and mobile device repairs. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für alle Reparaturdienstleistungen, die von Enes Handy Reparatur für Smartphone- und Mobilgeräte-Reparaturen erbracht werden.

2. Services

We offer professional repair services for smartphones and mobile devices, including but not limited to:

  • Screen replacement and repair
  • Battery replacement
  • Camera repair
  • Charging port repair
  • Speaker and microphone repair
  • Water damage treatment
  • Software troubleshooting

3. Order Process

3.1 You can submit a repair request through our website by selecting your device and required services.

3.2 After submission, you will receive an order confirmation via email with an order number.

3.3 We will review your request and confirm acceptance or contact you for additional information.

3.4 A binding contract is formed upon our acceptance of your repair request.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT (Mehrwertsteuer).

4.2 The quoted price is binding and will not change unless additional damage is discovered during repair, in which case we will contact you for approval.

4.3 Payment is due upon completion of the repair before the device is returned to you.

4.4 We accept the following payment methods: Cash, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Cards.

5. Delivery and Pickup

5.1 Free delivery and pickup service is included within Germany.

5.2 Estimated repair times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

5.3 You will be notified via email when your repair is completed.

6. Warranty

6.1 We provide a warranty on parts and labor as specified for each service at the time of order.

6.2 The warranty period starts from the date of repair completion.

6.3 The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accident, or unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Water damage (unless covered by specific service)
  • Damage caused by third-party repairs
  • Software issues not caused by our repair

7. Customer Responsibilities

7.1 You are responsible for backing up all data before submitting your device for repair. We are not liable for any data loss.

7.2 You must remove any SIM card, memory card, and personal accessories before repair.

7.3 You must provide accurate contact information and respond to our inquiries promptly.

7.4 You confirm that you are the rightful owner of the device or authorized to have it repaired.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy (Widerrufsrecht)

8.1 As per German law (BGB § 312g), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

8.2 The cancellation period expires 14 days from the date you receive the order confirmation.

8.3 To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us via email or written notice.

8.4 If repair work has already begun with your express consent, you may be charged for the work completed.

9. Liability

9.1 We are liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence.

9.2 Our liability is limited to the repair cost and does not extend to data loss, loss of business, or consequential damages.

9.3 We handle your device with utmost care but are not liable for pre-existing damage or defects not related to our repair work.

10. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 We are committed to resolving any disputes amicably and encourage you to contact us directly.

11.2 If needed, you may access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Germany.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
